No Refund Policy
All Events - Strict No Refund Policy:
Day 1 - Virtual Business Networking Event:
FREE event - No refund applicable
Cancellation permitted up to event start time
Day 2 - Film Launch Party & Meet and Greet ($50):
NO REFUNDS under any circumstances
All sales are final upon purchase
Meet and greet is first-come, first-served (40 person capacity)
Day 3 - Runway Show Finale ($75):
NO REFUNDS under any circumstances
All sales are final upon purchase
Limited seating available
Event Cancellation by Organizer Only
If Beyond Beauty Boutique cancels any paid event:
Full refunds will be provided for all ticket purchases
Refunds processed within 10 business days
Alternative makeup dates may be offered in lieu of refunds
This is the ONLY circumstance under which refunds will be issued.
No-Show Policy
No refunds for failure to attend
No refunds for late arrivals or missed events
Tickets are non-transferable
Event access ends at scheduled time
No Exception Policy
The following do NOT qualify for refunds:
Personal schedule conflicts
Medical emergencies
Travel issues or transportation problems
Weather conditions (unless venue is officially closed)
Individual health concerns or pandemic-related personal decisions
Military deployment
Change of mind or personal circumstances
Technical issues with virtual events on attendee's end
Purchase Acknowledgment
By purchasing tickets, attendees acknowledge:
They understand the no-refund policy
All sales are final
They are responsible for their own schedule management
They accept all risks associated with event attendance
