Effective Date: September 1, 2025 Event: Beyond Beauty Boutique Fashion Week Location: Various venues in New Jersey
1. EVENT PARTICIPATION AND LIABILITY
By participating in Beyond Beauty Boutique Fashion Week, including but not limited to runway shows, fittings, rehearsals, media interviews, mixers, networking events, film screenings, or any other related events and activities, all models, designers, press/media personnel, sponsors, vendors, and attendees acknowledge and agree that Beyond Beauty Boutique, its affiliates, sponsors, staff, volunteers, and any associated venues shall not be held liable or responsible for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, theft, or loss of property that may occur before, during, or after the event.
2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
All participants engage in activities at their own risk and are encouraged to carry personal health and liability insurance. Participants acknowledge that fashion events may involve physical activity, crowded spaces, lighting equipment, elevated platforms, and other potential hazards.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND MEDIA RIGHTS
Beyond Beauty Boutique reserves the right to photograph, video record, and otherwise document all event activities
Participants grant permission for their likeness, voice, and performance to be used in promotional materials, social media, and future marketing
Designers retain ownership of their fashion designs but grant Beyond Beauty Boutique rights to photograph and promote the designs in connection with the event
All official event photography and videography remains the property of Beyond Beauty Boutique
4. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
All participants must maintain professional behavior throughout the event. Beyond Beauty Boutique reserves the right to remove any individual who engages in disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior without refund.
5. WEATHER AND FORCE MAJEURE
Beyond Beauty Boutique is not responsible for weather conditions, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control that may affect the event. In case of cancellation due to such circumstances, refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.
6. MODIFICATIONS
Beyond Beauty Boutique reserves the right to modify event schedules, venues, or activities with reasonable notice. Such modifications do not constitute grounds for refund unless the core event experience is substantially altered.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved in New Jersey courts.
